Shipping Policy

We have a large inventory of parts, rollers, print shop supplies and tools. We ship same day if you place your order by 2:00 pm. We will contact you regarding parts out of stock or price changes. At that time you can choose the level of delivery service you require.

We do not have a minimum order. We show the same care to every order regardless of the size.  However, to offset the cost of shipping small orders we do have a minimum flat rate shipping and processing fee of $9.95.

Most out of stock products are shipped in 5-10 days ground service, but are also available for expidited service via drop ship.  Applicable factory service fees will be added. Some OEM parts are only available via drop ship from the various manufacturers.

Freight collect service to your UPS account is available as much as possible, but only by expidited service.  We do not ship ground orders by freight collect.  When using your account number, there may be pickup service charge fees levied by UPS or by the factory.

The customer is soley responsible to enter their correct shipping address for the method of shipping they chose.  USPS addresses must be valid and accepted by USPS Click and Ship.Charges for address corrections range from $13.00 to $15.00 and will be billed back to the customer.  Please double check the address you have entered to avoid delay, loss of package and additional costs.

If you would like a signature required instead of electronic confirmation, please choose that option in shipping options.

International shipping charges vary widely depending on where and what is being shipped.  Your order will reflect the lowest possible 1 pound price, but this price may be changed based on the weight and cost.

We ship your box they way that we want our boxes shipped to us. Using common sense and the best value service available to fit your needs. We will always notify you regarding shipping charge revisions prior to shipping your order.

Shipments & Returns

You agree to notify us of any packing discrepancies including missing, short shipped, incorrect parts and/or damaged shipments within 5 business days of receipt of your order.  If a box is damaged in route, you agree to keep all shipping boxes and packing materials until a claim is filed and completed.  If you need to return a part, please call us for return approval within 14 days. We have a flexible return policy on items we have in our inventory stock, and we do not typically charge restocking on in stock parts.  Special order parts will be subject to factory return policy. 

Cancelation Policy

Once ordered and in route to us, cancelation and returns of SPECIAL ORDER parts are handled identically. Special order parts are a different matter than "in stock" parts.  We are ruled by each factory's return policy and it is different from factory to factory.  Most OEM parts and electrial or electronic parts are not returnable under most circumstances. Any parts ordered from Japan or Germany are not returnable. Other US made parts maybe returnable to the factory however, restocking charges run about 30%- so be careful when ordering special parts out of stock.

Many press rollers and parts are no longer stocked on factory shelves and must be specially made for you. Allow 2 weeks and up to 4 months for delivery. Special make rollers and parts require prepayment, and once in production, special make rollers and parts can not be cancelled without factory approval and will result in a restocking charge as well as applicable shipping costs and credit card fees.

Residental Delivery

UPS and USPS leave packages with no signature required on residental deliveries when no one is home.  Please know, we can not be responsible for stolen packages.  If you would like a signature required, please choose that option in shipping options.
